We have reserved room blocks at two hotels to make your travel planning a little easier. There is no obligation to stay at either location — we simply wanted to offer a couple of convenient options for anyone who would like them. Feel free to choose whichever accommodations work best for you, or explore others in the area. We’re just excited to celebrate with you!

Please note these options are about 20-30 minutes away from the venue, but are near the strip.

- Deadline to book is 11/4/26

- You can book within dates November 29, 2026 and December 6, 2026

-Only a deposit of the first night plus taxes will be collected from each guest. Please allow 72 hours for our systems to post the transaction on your account. Additional payments will not be taken. The remaining balance will be paid at the hotel.

- If a guest wishes to view, cancel or edit their reservation, please visit the same booking portal below and click on the 3 lines on the upper right-hand corner of the page “MANAGE RESERVATION”. Enter the acknowledgement # on your email confirmation and your email address.

- Once the guest checks in at the hotel all aspects of the room stay will be overseen by the hotel Front Desk. We advise guests to review their final bill before departure and if any issues contact the Front Desk right away.

- Everyone in your group who will be checking in must bring a valid ID, credit card, and their confirmation. This will help things go much quicker at check in.

- To help expedite to check-in process, you may use mobile check-in App > MGM Resorts Mobile App | Mobile Check-In & Digital Room Key | Download MGM App - MGM Resorts. Mobile App Check-In Begins 72 hours prior to your arrival.

- Before you select a room on our portal be certain to first read ALL the Important Hotel Information. This includes incidental deposits, age requirements, credit cards, and other vital details. This will ensure you have a smooth check-in process.

-If needing dates outside of the block, please create 2 separate reservations and include notes to each reservation indicating that 2 reservations have been made, linking the stay

- Everyone in your group who will be checking in must bring a valid ID, credit card, and their confirmation. This will help things go much quicker at check in.

- Cancellations done within 48 hours of check will result in a fee of 1 night's room plus tax

- One night's room will be charged for early departure if notice is not provided 24 hours before checkout
